A wonderfully well balanced and food friendly champagne from @krugchampagne and @hnwines.
From a recent tasting of the insanely good Bunnahabhain 12 year old, ex-sherry and ex-bourbon casks, bottled at 46.3% ABV.
With a nose of orange zest, lavender, and walnut, it moves from a beautifully honeyed, candied citrus, to a cocoa and vanilla finish.
This unpeated Single Malt is bound to please even those non Islay fans.
